My friends here in "the real world" seem to be doing their best to avoid me. No one except family members have spoken to me over this past holiday. Is it something I said?

I'm getting tired of being alone now. Although I understand that the life I may lead will be a lonely one, i also know that if I try hard, and get lucky, that i can change this. Others who have walked similar paths to my own know how truly lonesome it can get, but this year I say enough.

Good outlook too. I know all about loneliness man, it hurts. On the other hand, solitude allows you to think, find out who you are, it gave me a fierce independence. sounds like you're realising parts of your own character now too, that's great. now to find someone to share it with.

My Grandfather died today. The great Polish soldier of WW2 passed from a simple fall.
However i don't feel that sad, he was 93 and he died with his mind and dignity still intact. That's all i could have asked for. I will honor him my own way. Even my middle name is his, and i shall bare it as proud as ever.

Just tried to walk to Uni, but my ankle stopped me. I hate being just able to walk around a room, not able to do much more. The phrase "just able" hits home hard for me.
