Certainly not to take away from the normal memorial day celebrations. Remembering those who died in the service of our nation is a treasured memory those who are affiliated with the military community should and do cherish.

It's an ironic thing having a memorial day weekend birthday. This year mine (may 29) falls on memorial day itself. I'm totally set for dementia. How can you forget a birthday on memorial day?

It seems to me about basic needs. Sleep, food, convenience, safety. Because it concerns absolutely everyone every day every few hours.
