@gadget the 1st time I left it was because management was screwing me over on the agreement we made about me being able to leave at 6am. Now... it's mainly the fact that all I ever work with are idiots and the nurses are lazy af and won't write anyone up even tho they agree that people should be written up. How the fuck does that work?!? Certain people are chronically late/no call, no shows/calls in but are STILL working there. Idk how they get away with it! Then when they do work they throw a fit about which hall they have to work etc. It's all frustrating! The ones who do that suck at their job too!!!
