Sleep study: I am soo trippin' over going in for a sleep study, as much as I would love a restfull night and to wake in the morning well rested, I don't want to become addicted to my CPAP machine. My dad went through every possible surgery including the tongue anchor and still sleeps with the CPAP. That said, if you start there it will probably be all you will need.
I am afraid though because they could pull my RxOperators License if I am diagnosed
That would be potentially devastating if not at least a $5/hr pay-cut 
again, great hitch, I am not very good with the reinforcement windings though, tips? or literature on demo?? I have always used bends from smaller to heavier rope or less attractive/bulky hitches.

Sleep study sounds like no fun. It's 3 a.m. my cold medicine is keeping me up. The mists of avalon sounds famliar...I don't think I've read it though. If you are into books like that you should check out anything by Rosalind Miles. Isolde: Queen of the Western Isle is a good book.
