Thursday morning I go in to have my head examined with an x-ray, since the pressure and numbness in my face isn't going away much. I've tried every conceivable non-surgical treatment for this shit (rhino-/naso-cort, antibiotics, probiotics, vitamin C/E/A, Zinc/magnesium/selenium/etc., herbal stuff, homeopathic stuff, garlic/fish oil/whatever supplements, saline treatments, neti-pots, hot/cold compresses, drinking orange/lemon juice, soup, spicy food, bland food, cutting out sugar/dairy/meat/fried food/etc., exercise, bed-rest, avoiding smoke/cold/heat, etc.) and not a damn thing is helping. Time to consider the surgical option.

Still, there are some really good surgeons out there. I've been cut on three times with great results and no complications. Never the face, though.
