Too hot tonight for a run. Didn't even crack an 8 minute mile. Should be a 6, even for an old fart like me. Went to see Pirates 3 last night With Madam LaPlace and David. Was not impressed at all. Just a collection of disconnected scenes. People were dieing and coming back from the dead so fast I couldn't tell who was there and who wasn't. The special effects weren't believable anymore and didn't cover any new ground either. Wow, my first whole week back in Tennessee. Seems like I'm a professional stair runner. Good exercise. I worked in this place 10 years, but they moved everything around while I was in Detroit. Runnin' around just trying to find out where they put all of files and toys. Running about 15 miles a week now, besides at work. I'll probable stay at that distance...
