Sorry about the gloomy outlook yesterday, sometimes the demons sneak out. I cured it today tho, good fast run tonight and Juan Luis Guerra's music on the radio. If you listen to the words, you realize he knows more about us than we do about ourselves. Even if you don't understand it, the music will make you dance meringue.

I have found my limits. Went running last night at 11:00 PM, not good, too late, didn't sleep at all. The only thing saving me is a 3 day weekend. Thai restaurant tonight, don't like spicy food[except in Quertaro, MX], but their veggie spring rolls are killer.

I find I have the same problem, if I run too late I don't sleep, about 8pm is good for me, although we have snow here at the moment so I haven't been doing much of it at all lately! Im not a spicy fan either, but am partial to a veggie spring roll too!
