So today I pondered the topology of W's brain with a friend. We think it's completely smooth and that he has rings of non-interactive neurons. He's like a finite state automaton with very few states compared to the rest of us. Or maybe he's one of those learning robots that doesn't have a very good program so he doesn't learn very well, and he's only about four. Joke's on us for electing a four-year-old robot president.

I like when the sky is clear at night. I love seeing the stars. I want to go out and lay on a blanket with a thermos of tea and a warm body and stare up at them for hours.

I lay my head
on the railroad tracks
look at the sky
all painted up
your train is gone,
won't be comin' back

see the constellation
ride across the sky
no cigar, no lady on his arm
just a guy made of dots and lines

You know how very young children are very innocent and they see everything in terms of black/white, right/wrong? There is no subtlty or relativity in their world. They act on impulse and show their anger without fear or embarassment. That is our President. I sincerely believe he is a simple man with probably an 85 IQ, probably the by-product of the in-bred gene pool in the upper crust society his parents swim in. He sees the world through the eyes of a child and is easily influenced and manipulated by handlers and hangers-on who have their own, more sinister, agendas.

The first two lines above are the same as at the start of "Poor, Poor, Pitiful Me" by Warren Zevon, I thought you were gonna quote that for a second. It is certainly appropos to the topic at hand.

It's so true. All of Dubya algorythms were written by 2.5 year old downs syndrome singers apsiring to work in Nasa's Mars exploration program. tongue
