I found a book crossing book (www.bookcrossing.com) at the St. Louis airport. I'm excited. I've never gotten one before. I was in the midst of reading another book when I found it, though, so I haven't finished it so I couldn't leave it at the airport at the end of my journey.
Traveling makes me tired. I was visiting my dad in DC. It snowed for about 15 minutes while I was there, and it was quite enough for me. Very cold, very clear, very beautiful. I managed not to set off the metal detector at National, either. The three people in front of me did, though. It's all about taking off your shoes. It was dark when I flew into national last week and I was on the left side of the plane so I got to see the mall really well, and everything was all lit up. As much as I hate to fly, it's always beautiful.
I need to unpack and take a nap.

I set off the metal detector last time I flew - major pain in the ass.
