Last night made me feel better.
Heh, yesterday my boss and I were driving (he's got an orange Mini. an actual mini. it so rocks) down to the Seattle juggling festival and when we were stopped at Denny and Olive we were next to a guy who was blasting Iced Earth in his car (I know, he showed me the cd case) and he had a Suicide Girls sticker on his dash board. So, thumbs up to him.
Okay, so going on at the same time as the juggling was, get this, square dancing. It was SO RAD to watch. Square dancing was always my favorite part of pe... except when I had a partener with sweaty hands. Gross. I don't know why people hated square dancing so much. I thought it was way fun.
Club Renegade was awesome. The one armed dude who juggled sharp things was sweet, and Rhys put a straightjacket ON, had it tightened up, and then took it off again, and Stuart played his mandolin... for some reason. It was fun to see some of the Portland kids again.
I think I may have the best job in the world. Thursday night my boss drives me down to the... um... "secret cricket club" that only he, his friend, and I know about. By "secret cricket club" I mean a rented spot in a warehouse that we're going to turn into a cricket batting cage. It's a big long room that's... sorta dirty. But we set up the bowling machine, and it sits like, 2 meters off the ground, right, because it's supposed to simulate a dude bowling to you. He's got like, 100 practice balls, too. So I put on the hockey pads and the modified helmit with the chain mail around the bottom, and he proceeds to feed balls into the machine... and I dodge them. So here I am, getting paid to play dodgeball with an automatic bowling machine. Those balls *hurt*, too. He didn't believe me that they actually packed that much punch, so he took a turn in front, and then he conceeded they might hurt some. It was fuckin' awesome.
Do any of you guys know what kind of pens taggers use?

don't know what kind of pens taggers use beyond your average sharpie. but i do know that there is this stuff that writes like a pen, but instead of ink it emits this liquid that errodes glass so you can write on windows, but it won't show up til about five minutes after you've left. i thought i was kind of interesting.
