Do you enjoy movies with as much action as it has lack of sense? Then may I recommend Heart of Stone, which a fellow watcher said one major character should’ve been played by an actual 7 y/o to explain her actions. Yup! Anyway, tons of action. Lots and lots!

Do you enjoy the never ending cavalcade of Marvel movies? Then may I recommend Guardians of the Galaxy 3 which manages to distinguish itself from *all* the rest by going right for the heart feels and maintaining a tight grip. Plus lots and lots of action. Good film.

@ABASHIMA Would you recommend playing it?

@headshot Absolutely! There’s a lot to do but I never feel overwhelmed, and that’s good game design—it’s hard to get that balance. There are puzzles but they’re not taxing. And of course it’s super cute!! 💕

Do you enjoy outstanding movies that are dramatically more cerebral and impactful than you expected? Then may I recommend Barbie, which is those things and much more. I believe it will normalize talking about an important issue that affects all of us. Top 10 movie of all time.

Do you enjoy well-made biopics about world changing events? Then may I recommend Oppenheimer, which had I not known beforehand would have sworn it was 1.75 or _maybe_ 2 hours long, but absolutely not 3. Amazing flow (obvs) & super well acted w/ great casting. Just a great movie.

Oh! Oh! I know: fewer rapes.

Also, less misogyny, racism, hatred of non-heteros, fascist political activism, comically blatant hypocrisy, and corruption. Maybe less lying?

Aside from those, yeah, it’s a mystery wrapped in an enigma really.

Do you enjoy mindless action star vehicles? Then may I recommend Hidden Strike, which, as a movie, is ridiculous. But as an excuse to see Jackie Chan and John Cena buddy action it up—featuring an Epic Fight In Bubbles AND a jet truck AND a blooper reel, it’s what you need. 😉

Oh, believe me, I know!

Do you have any plans for this game? 😊

Do you enjoy creepy Korean haunted house movies that aren’t as creepy as others but aren’t bad either? Then may I recommend Contorted, which has a couple moments, an unexpected father, an uncomfortable dinner, and I kinda want to learn about the villain’s backstory in a sequel.

You know what’s crazy? I’d never seen Day of the Dead before I saw the Joe Bob Briggs treatment just today. I think I’d always assumed I had seen it.

It’s good. I don’t quite understand the super positive or negative comments about it, prolly b/c I’m viewing it in a vacuum.
