I know my day is off to a good start when I can make Cathedra fall out of her chair at work because she's laughing so hard. 
Cletus573 came over last night and watched me and my roommate put our futon together. Yay for new furniture. She finally broke down and bought it, so I guess it's HER futon, but it's going to make parties and overnight guests a lot easier to handle.
He showed me some tattoo ideas and cruised SG while I laid on my bed, playing with Gomez. He and my roommate started talking about some computer game they've been playing ("Neverwinter Nights"), so I zoned out. He left shortly after that because it was bedtime for both of us, and he had to drive back to Lansing.
He might be coming back tonight, but my god... another night of driving? As I said, we're really good friends, but that drive is SO boring. Still, we do have many years of conversation to catch up on, and it's his gas money.
EvanX and I are hanging out tomorrow night. I'm not sure what we're doing - probably watch "MST3K" or some "Shield" episodes or something. I'm not sure how late that'll go since I have no idea what time I have to be at this Michigan Magic Day thing. I know I'm taking tickets for the evening show, but I think Tony needed me there at 0-dawn-hundred. (Note: Call him).
(Addendum: He needs me there at 8:15 AM. That's not so bad).
This will be a busy week, what with all of the extra work hours and social time, but I'm happy. I wouldn't be able to afford my car repairs if I didn't have two jobs, and I'm extremely grateful I finally have a large base of friends in this area. SGKazoo has been more and more active since last summer, and we've all become really good friends. It's too bad some members had to move away and others will be moving away after graduation, but I'm sure we'll see them again.
