That sucks! You can be sooo happy with a bank and then all of a sudden... disappointment. I typically keep calling until I find a sympathetic customer service person. I know it's minor, but I once got charged for a free box of checks, and it took me 4 different calls to have someone take pity and refund me!

The bank fucked up my checking account. My paycheck was not deposited - the chick at the drive through must've fucked it up. My account is overdrawn by one hundred dollars.
