I'm not sure about 30... But I can tell you that at 29, life suddenly seems like it's stuck on fast forward. There never seems to be enough time for anything, you blink and a week has gone by... The only reason I hate the flu shot (other than the fact that I'm really too hot on needles myself) is that it always gives me a cold. I went without it one season and didn't get sick. Amazing.
