Other people have stressful days at work, or stressful family or relationship interactions .. and they take the edge off by having a drink or two every day or every other day, or a wild night every weekend.
If you don't do that, it builds and builds before you're crying every two hours for days on end and clawing at your skin and it's all you can do to break your skin and let it out.
So fuck it. Fuck them. It's just another route. Just looks more dramatic. But it's just the same thing. They have theirs; I have mine.
