ello, i work at a hospital as a transporter, take EMS classes still, and work a few nights a week in the ER doing crap for them. ive been around the ER for the last 8-10 years though, my brother works/lives there, so its like home. Ive been woken up from a comfortable slumber with smelling salkts more times then id like to remember.

Singing is such a great release. My voice has strengthened because of the commute from hell. All of those hours on the road have been available to perfect a harmony or to just sing along with the radio and learn new songs. Wow. My talent amazes me sometimes.

I would tell him about the dream with your mum. He does not have to believe in it to hear it. While I would suspect it would have no bearing on your situation with him, it might give him some kind of peace and resolution that he desperately needs because of those inner demons. Just a thought.
I want to say that there is something more for you out there, and all of that comforting stuff we are supposed to say when our friends are sad. You know that you are loved, and your friends support you. You know the drill, so I will not drone on and on.
