serious levels of restlessness accumulating.

need either:

A. serious fucking adventure.

OR

B. serious fucking adventure.

okay... may have to settle for randomly looking for serious fucking adventure.

fine.

wait, it's monday. no-one looks for adventure on monday. MUAHAHAHA! they'll never see it coming.

(the reality is that I'm going to spend another 20 minutes in front of the computer, realize that I need caffeine,...

actually, i never went. ended up doing laundry and errands. one of these nights we should do a sg get together, in our hood. there are so many great bars. oh...i think i heard you say something about a coffee shop that's a couple of blocks from my house. i used to go there when i lived up on sutter. it's pretty cool. nice kids behind the counter. well, except blondie, if she's still there.
kennyg:
I've made some posts recently that I found strange, but I have no idea which one your fetish comment was about. smile

Passport issues worked out. I should be getting it tomorrow.

damn, i try to get some work done on days like sunday, and i NEVER do! i always ending up chilling with my friends and jamming around town and getting food and going on adventures. super fun but there is also a deep sense of satisfaction in getting projects done that you never work on. it also raises questions like, which is more fulfilling: hanging out with friends and cultivating relationships or, putting some of that, oh what's that shit called? MONEY! into that shitbox car you got parked outside. now i'm totally fucking tortured.
stickyrice:
Yah, the sun came out the day I left! Dammit. But we got a couple of good days that previous week, and some day I will be back for good. smile

I put them on my page so I could post them all, but I didn't filter them, so there are plenty of shitty ones smile That and they still have nasty color compression.

anyway, here's the link

p.s. it might take a while to load... something is screwy with the thumbnails some of the time on mine.

I want to draw, but I'm behind at work and have a ton of shit that I need to get done tonight. I hate it when those two things happen at the same time.

feeling very trapped by responsibilities at the moment... argh.

so I'm almost at a cusp where I need to make a decision between continuing with an art director position that gives...

smokescreen was never a "specific" brand car. he was always a race car, not sure if he was a rally car. but the new line of toys called alternators. they take the original transformers and make them into real world licensed cars.

yeah tuff call on the job. what is the company's feelings either way. would they highly prefer you in one or the other position. or does it not matter that much to them, just as long as you are in one or the other?

Kentucky? I have to make the family trek to Wyoming sometime this year. Gah! So agreeing with bombshellbetty regarding the places one has left for a reason. wink

Anywhoo . . . sorry that it has taken me ages to respond. The evil flu and the holiday whirl left me quite a lot of catching up to do.

Thanks for the info on your photography. It is really, really amazing. I just got a canon S5, which is pretty neat, but I still need more practice and time to experiment. I'm going to have to try more time lapse stuff. Do you use a tripod? I shake way too much, (stupid coffee addiction!) so even quick snap shots sometimes come out all blurry. Bleah!

Your post about finding meaning and passion in the every day really spoke to my spirit. It's such a challenge to keep moving forward with an eager heart and mind sometimes, but it's those rarified and glorious moments that provides the amazing counterpoint to the dull and meaningless.

Blah, blah, blah . . . lately, I have been thinking about change, adaptation, being unafraid to identify completely with what one truly loves and how deep passion can bring one's life into such sharp focus, so please forgive my existential blah blah.

Hope to share some more regarding photography in the future.

Namaste . . .
