170 days as a non smoker!
Yeay me! AND i have now lost ALOT of weight!
At my heaviest I weighed 86kg(!!) now, after JUST 4 months I'm now back down to 70kg :)
If you do not wanna gain a massive loads of weight; don't quit smoking! :P
Life and work is good. Finally we got some snow on the ground aswell! Winter is here for real now and in happy! :)
