oh gosh, how I hate being sick. I feel so worthless and in the way.
Hopefully I will get to work tomorrow and manage to stay all day. I miss actually doing something during the day. Hopefully I can get back to my workout aswell before the weekend. I was in this super good flow now and me becoming sick just fucked that right up...
Come Saturday I will (finally) have achieved my health goals!
In (just) 3 months I've lost 16 kg (about 35 lb) AND I have been a nonsmoker for 6 months!
I'm really fucking proud of myself and I hope I can keep going on this good road I'm on.
