i took a human sexuallity class and if u use certain types of pill (there are about 40+) you can not have to have a period but once a year (yes it is possible but VERY rare), the trick is finding a doctor that will ok that, try a couple of obgyn's (or equivelent) and ask their opionin. One of the girls in my class was on 4 periods a yr with some pill+program that went along with it.
