Try to focus on the positives. I know I probably sound like a broken record of what everyone around you is saying at this point, but you have to focus on the positive. I know its hard because most humans are hardwired to be fatalistic because we are aware of our own mortality, but that doesnt mean that only bad things happen. You're positive thoughts are probably helping her in ways you dont know yet. Just remember to take care of yourself too. Get some sleep and make sure that you're taking care of your own needs too. Its easy to get absourbed by a situation like this and forget to look out for yourself.
