Dude, that is way admirable of you for doing this. I hope that it goes well for you, and that the letter is taken for what it is and accepted for what it is. I hope that your boss understands that you arent bitching, but rather trying to make things better for everyone by voicing your opinion, which is how things should be. So again, good luck to you bro.
This frelling weather is really frelling aggravating. I didn't want to admit it to myself, but dammit it's really frellin' cold out, and it's really really bringing me down. I have no energy to do anything. I don't even have the energy to poke around on here for more than a few minutes..

its 2:30 in the morning and something huge just rolled down the roof of my house, and fell to the ground. I'm hoping it was a racoon of squirrel, and not like a small bear or something.
