so what I meant about playing with fire (a figure of speech), for those of you who wnat to know, b/c a few of you have asked:

Myself and another friend of mine have decided to write up a letter addressed to our bosses (the owners of the nursery that we work at) concerning some of the problems at work, and how we don't feel enough is being done. Our main points were mishandling of company money, and poor employee treatment, particularly wages.

but the whole process of trying to figure out what to put into the letter meant asking some people at work to contribute their thoughts. What was difficult was doing this behind the back of the owners. the problem that came up was who to ask for their thoughts--some would help us, but some would see it almost as mutiny.

But we had been working on it for some time, and I resolved to get it done this week, so that I could get it off my mind.
At this point it's pretty much done, just needs some fine tuning, and then to be sent out.

we'll see what happens.
