I'm a faculty brat and my father got his B.A. @ UC. It's a fine institution. I can tell you that anyone who would get snobby like that is an insecure academic suppositorie. If someone is so certain their program was so superior then they wouldn't have to debase anyone else.
Lastly, don't they teach manners Rutgers?
My sis got her M.S. in Criminology at Rutgers and she told me nothing but endless stories about stepping over crack viles going to class and how rude everyone is. But she'd never do that.

As for your neighborhood.... all neighborhoods have their plusses and minuses, I've become convinced of it. I think the best thing to do is see how those advantages and disadvantages fit in with your own lifestyle to find a place where you'll be really happy to live.

of course i was at the protests...in fact, i was thick in the middle of all the shit that went down on tues. 40 hours of jail time w/ no legal representation = thrown out case, angry mobs, chaos and rioting in the cells. i cant complain though, it wasnt real jail, just fake "for protesters only" jail, know what i mean? however, from what i can tell that went on while i was in captivity, they were lying through their teeth about what was going on w/ us. more later...too tired now to write.
p.s. buy up some property in hyde park or just north or just south of it. you'll thank me in 5 years.
