I guess an update is in order, at least a quick one:
The show last night was great. It was cold and gloomy though, and I failed to bring a jacket, but it was a splendid time once we got inside. If it weren't for the drunk guy, who had to be held up by his friend for fear of falling, right in front of...

Try Garnier Fructis. It works without making your head smell like perfume.

And yeah... I brought Tako House back but I have no content so it's falling on it's ass.

i looked for as well, honestly. but with all the people there it was a loing shot. Ironically, an even longer shot occurred. I saw some friends from my home town that I never expected to see. Wierd. I caught a glimpse of some guy walking to go smoke and, sure enough, it was who i thought it was. crazy.

did the crowd seemed unusually unresponsive to the music, or was that just the perception I got from the back or the arena? i did see security in force keeping things in order, so no rail-climbing for me. they were catching folks left and right. oh well, I'll have to be quicker on the tickets next time.

Dude, you are so lucky. I tried but, I couldn't go. Too much shit with work and whatever. No, I didn't go to the beach. Sucks, ended up having to spend a lot of money on a laptop and getting my car ready. Just been busy.
bond:
Thanks for the septum tips. I have been pulling the higher side down like you said and it actually looks like it is straigtening out! Yippee!!!

Okay, I must say that I had the weirdest ass dream that I've had in a while this afternoon before I went to work. And it involved SG. I must spill it to you. I hope you don't mind.

Evidently there was this SG regional meeting... for Arkansas, I guess (haha, yeah right). At this meeting there was this fictional memeber whose screen name was...

I wish I could dream. If I do, I never remember them.

Lol, where do you find this stuff?

Remyx Damnit!!!

huh, it just doesn't have the same 'umph'... whatever

I got my ticket today for the concert. Unfortunately because I am such a slacker, I only got one in the lower section, so Trent will more than likely look like any other person at 200 feet away.

How do you think it would feel to be known as "The Rib Guy"? This refers to a man that comes into work all the time. Like, every other day, if not every day. He always orders this ridiculous meal. A full rack of ribs, a baked potato on the side (as in, a different plate), brocolli on the side (as in, once again, a...

I think I just ate too many chilidogs. shocked
Yeah, man, I'm down with the processed pork.

So I was actually going to get a picture of my tongue earlier, but I didn't because my camera's battery had deplenished, and I had to put it in its cute little recharger thingie. Then I kinda forgot about it for a couple days. Oops. Anyways, here it is:...

When I moved into my apartment I got a playboy in the mail faddressed to the former tenent. I really enjoyed it. A friend of mine finaly persuaded me to hand it over to him.

And the first house that my SO bought had all these built ins. One one of them was a sticker of a photo of the daughter that lived their. I knew her she was two years younger than I.

So those are my moving into places stories.

So I celebrated a day off today with getting my tongue pierced. omg, it hurts like shit. Right now I've been sucking on ice for a good hour, and trying to work the long ass barbell in my mouth around so it's more comfortable and failing. I can't wait 'til I get something shorter in here; this is driving me bananas. I'm also talking like...

omg. Let me tell you a story.

So I actually got a call from American Eagle asking for an interview earlier today (around 11:00 a.m.). They were only going to be in town conducting interviews Friday night and all day Saturday, right? But all of those shifts I was already working at Ruby's. So I'm not really that bummed, but it kinda sucks, you know?...

Wow, I have got to stop going to Wal-mart at midnight. Evidently I'm throwing off the casualness of wal-mart. My bad, Debra Jackson. I here by promise to take my boycott more seriously and not to sucum to the convience of after rave shopping.

O.k. I can't type that with a striaght face.
wiskytango:
I know exactly what she's say'n. Yesterday I had to get some toothpaste, but I had not picked up my dry-cleaning and my Dockers were a wrinklie mess. Damn Wal-mart and their imposible standards. biggrin surreal biggrin

My income tax return came home today. I'm gonna feel pretty rich until I have to send it in for billz. frown

I think I am going to get my tongue pierced soon. I want to get my lip done, but can't because work is the thief of self-expression. I seriously don't see how anybody can get offended because of a piece of metal in my...

no problem. i think i'll be around til wednesday at least.

and WTF? i read that in someone's journal. well, i'd do the same thing if comeone threw something at me on stage. I saw White Zombie in Dallas in '98(?) and watched a shoe pummell Rob Zombie right in the face! He was just about finished with his second song and a Chuck Taylor goes flying from the crowd. He started yelling, 'where's Shoe-Boy?' some dumb ass on the other side of the pit was trying to take the blame (guess he figured it would give him some temporary fame?) but Rob said "you're not him. it came from over here" he gave up and finished the concert and even played an encore. Lucky me.
I'm surprised the crowd didn't point that guy out at the NIN concert. He's lucky a mob wasn't formed shocked

HA!!! you've got a deal, sir biggrin

So today I went to the job fair for the new stores opening at our "Mall at Turtle Creek." It's really too bad that a number of stores I was interested in applying to weren't there, but there a bunch that were . My top pick was Barnes and Noble, but I heard from a friend that they have a huge backlog of potential employees,...

maybe her grandmother's name was Hannah, and everyone thought she was getting senile because she kept saying "People want to kill me", and they'd be like "No, grandma, you're just imagining it" so then when they came up behind you she said "Quick, little Suzie, take a picture of that so I can prove to everyone that I'm not crazy and tell them to kiss my ass, then LBJ and I are going to run away together" and she was like "ok whatever you say, just don't try to run over me again" and the grandma was like "but you were trying to car-jack me" where at this point the light turned green, leaving you to speculate on what really transpired.... or at least til this brilliant explination. whatever biggrin

So happy Valentine's, everybody. I'm doing absolutely nothing for it, myself. But I'm sure I'm in the minority here. Even if you don't believe in Valentine's, happy flowers and chocolates day. It sounds almost as nice.

I was actually planning to watch some Carnivale today, but aye, Netflix fails me again. It's been doing a lot of that lately. frown

So, anyway, I recently discovered this...

Actually, it's the same crew except for me....there's been a looooonngg list of others who could'nt handle it.
I think I'm one of the few who can put up with their shit.
Admittedly, I lost my temper and I should'nt have. But that one dude should not have gone off on me like he did either. Sure, I made a mistake by not showing him the same courtesy he had shown me.
But he had NO right to blow up the way he did. Yelling at me, in front of customers no less.
I'm going to take the high road on this one and try to make amends first, and be the bigger person, but I doubt he'll show the same courtesy.
I've already had to listen to a bunch of lectures. whatever
I really mean it this time, I need to get educated in something. But, Hell, that's one of my biggest procrastinations! I've been saying that for.....good Lord, now that I think about it, the past 15 Years!!!
I need to just settle on one agenda and go for it.
Oh well.
