The convention was really cool, we met lots of people, got to hang out with friends that we don't see very often and actually felt like we were on vacation.

I got to meet John Landis & Patton Oswalt, that was pretty cool.

We spent lots of time in costume, had lots of pictures taken of us.

Back from the Con and from Vegas.

Very tired.

This is why I hate packing:

3 suitcases full of nothing but costuming supplies, and one tiny suitcase full of clothes for 2 people for a full week. *laugh*

But anyway, we're off to the airport.

If I call you from Vegas, it's only because I'm drunk.

We haven't started packing yet.

Julie's still working on finishing up her Handmaiden costume, and we've got some tweaking to do to my Cobra Commander costume.

Once that's done, we'll pack. So I'm sure that tomorrow night around 3 am, I'll need some cheering up.

BTW, I've got a huge fucking crush on someone.

Today, tomorrow, San Diego.

I'm SO excited. All of the sewing is finished for the Luke costume, alterations are being completed on the existing costumes, and all I need to do is to get my wig trimmed, and I'll be ready to go.

SGB2 was pretty cool last night, I hung out with good friends, met a couple of new people, got to meet a couple of really cool SG's and did some good drinking.

Ivy & Al, it was awesome getting to hang out with you guys for a bit.

And now, back to the costume making. Or to the Bite, I'm not sure which yet.

Note to self:

Eat dinner before shooting Jager, and beware of strippers with enormous hooters trying to smother you while you're attempting to keep from puking on her.
