Check it out.

How can a boat captain not know maritime law?

"It's 4 o'clock in the morning. This sucks."

I took a cat-nap for about five and a half hours, woke up at 12:30, and went to work on the critical analysis paper due for my science fiction class tomorrowerr, today.

I'm tired, but I'm not. I feel like I'm going to collapse from exhaustion, but I'm wide awake. I suppose that sums up how I...

dude big secret for you....its cheaper to fly to some places in europe than it is to fly to other places within the country...i know to fly to london at this time of year is usually only about $330 round trip and in the summer around $650....but i like cushy flights with entertainment and the like so you can get cheaper flights through other airlines just not as comfy.....

I have a question for you, since you are both musical and computer savy,

I am looking to build a small, really low-budget Theremin as part of packaging for a box set of early electronic music called ohm. If you have any knowledge of how this is done, please let me know! So far I'm planning on pirating parts from old equipment, but I don't know where to begin!

thank you! biggrin

The top coolant tank on my radiator decided it would crack today, leaving me with a useless piece of shit sitting in the front of my engine compartment. I bought an entire new radiator and installed it in about an hour at the shop, instead of having the tank replaced. That would have cost me $62, but chances are the bottom tank would have gone...

i had the 'office space' job, i had 3 different bosses all reminding me about the same shit. everyone dressed up to go in and have no contact with a single customer. surreal that job sucked.

Eh...I guess you could look at it that way. I was playing with the new features. I guess I need to learn how to read things a little better before I go around clicking on buttons. biggrin blush Why the bad day?

Wow, that was a lot of fun.

I woke up with a horrible splitting headache and the inability to stand straight from nausea. My head hurt so much, and I felt so sick to my stomach that I thought my head would explode in a shower of blood, brains and puke. Nice picture, aye?

I spent about an hour and a half sitting on the...

I sent in my newswire resignation and redeemed the 1,000 points I accumulated for a one-year subscription to SG.

If you can get a Badass II for $50 or less, jump on it ASAP. I bought one new online from WD for 80something.

As for eBay... after getting caught up in several bidding wars and losing, I'm skeptical. It seems like the final bids on truly desirable stuff aren't really such good deals once you factor in the shipping cost. You'd be fortunate to save $10 over what you'd pay if you'd shopped around locally.

I live in the East Valley and (in my opinion) there are no great music stores to browse around in here that are worth the drive all the way from Phoenix.

Yesterday I bought a used Peavey Mark III Basshead for $149 from Guitar Center in Tempe. It's missing a couple of knobs, but hell, a 150W amp for $149 aint bad. They had a lot of used gear for cheap there, no used parts though.

Whats worse is that Im slacking on the news and I still have too much to do!
