Secondly.... thanks for sharing and baring ur feelings... it makes us feel a part of u and that maybe we can help and be there for u, or at least just be there to listen, a sounding board to help u work through things!!!
Thirdly.... if there ever was anyone capable of weathering a storm, it is u. Transition is always tough because it means "moving our cheese" from a former comfort zone to one of unknown possibilities. When we look back on it, we see the benefits of change but sometimes living through it can cause all the symptoms u r experiencing.

hey honeypot! apparently last monday was officially 'blue monday' in the uk, do you have it there too? they worked it out that its that crap time after chrissy, where all the new years resolutions have been broken, the credit card bills have now come in, and pay day isnt till later in the month. i remember they announced it last year too, and i felt it then, but surprisingly, (and happily), i felt nothing of the sort this monday! i officially got through it unscathed.
