I'm always waiting around for my man to do the little Mr. Fixit things. So they don't get done until I get fed up and finally get around to it. I could just save myself the stress and do it first off. 
I shouldn't say he never does things. When something is crucial, he'll do it, it's just minor things he flakes on.
I also have an affinity for pictures of things made from food. Most of the ones I'm familiar with aren't nearly as cool as that painting you posted.

I figure Ill soak the TVP in a bit of veggie broth first..then I'm not sure if I should blend it right into the recipe first, or maybe try sauteeing it up with some spices and a bit of onion + garlic perhaps..I'll see what I do and let you know how it turns out. How did you used to do it?
