Got a couple nights out in the desert this weekend with some of my favorite people. Don't have much more to say than that. It was chill, nothing too strenuous. Just good company, good conversation, and beautiful desert.

I ran 5 miles today, which is the furthest I've run without walk breaks since getting covid at the beginning of January. Small steps! Yay! I've also been mostly needing to keep over a 12 minute pace to avoid the cardiac issues I've been experiencing, so a consistent ~10 mile pace is also a big win for me right now. Been testing negative for a couple of weeks now, but am having ongoing autoimmune responses and now heart problems that my Dr said will likely last for at least a few months if not longer.

Sorry if I've been quiet around here. Not feeling super great and haven't really been able to do anything fun for a while.

I've been lucky enough to avoid it up to this point, but now I'm having a really strong start to 2023 lol. Through the worst of it at least, but I can't wait until I can breathe normally, see friends, and get outside again.

Around this time two years ago, I was moving into a house with my partner. I thought we'd live in that house together for the rest of our lives.
