My life is just full of frustration. I had to call my ex and tell her I can't afford to get one of my cats the medical attention she needs. khoos has been sick for days, ended up in the E.R. last night, only to be sent home with a Xanax and some diapers. Plus, the doctor told her to eat lots of greasy foods... Read More
so do I.... good goddam....i am showing my age. even without that, i hope you are all doing okay. i was just at the emergency room and pretty much told to "suck it up buttercup" - here's some xanax. yay american health care.....
Saturday there was more stupidity with the house. I've been meaning to replace the thermostat in the house because it seems like the furnace runs constantly. Our last few gas bills have been $200. So, I finally decide to deal with it, remove the old one and as I turn around to grab the new one off the table, I see... Read More
Our government agencies are retarded. I know, HUGE shocker. I'm working on the next step of paperwork for khoos' visa (K-3 for those who have any idea about the system). I filed the first step (I-130) back in January, and finally am getting around to the next step (I-129F). I'm looking at the directions supplied by USCIS on completing the form, and they make... OMG I have had that two or a totally different application. I was applying for a membership on behalf of the company I work for, and it said if you any queries please contact us. So I did, and they were like "oh we don't get given any info about that, all of that is provided on the application form". Why put a number if you aren't going to help.
I think I got a pretty good deal on the car I am purchasing. Lucky they hadn't made their targets this week so got told to reduce the cars. Worked in my favour.
Yes, it IS awesome. I think you can tell by what I wrote how important it is to me that she accepts this, at the same time that she has very little understanding of the lifestyle and my desire, (more accurately, need), to participate in it.
Well, my life just isn't my life without some epic fail from my own doing. Today was just another one of those days. khoos tells me that the cable is out, and when she reset the box, it just sits at the startup screen. Then, our house phone and cell phones stop working. Yup, Verizon shut us off. Back in January I missed paying the... Read More
ugh i totally hear ya on the money troubles...i know i'm lucky to have a job that (barely) pays the bills, but holy crap i should be making a lot more money and actually working in the field i'm trained in. (i'm only current on bills FINALLY after a gift from my ailing grandmother - still owe my parents about a grand for helping me out over the past 6 months.) gotta find work wherever we can right now though...i can't imagine having a family to support, so a major gold star to you for being able to do that.
thanks for reading my clusterfuck of a blog from the other night...i'm hoping that i won't have to pursue any legal routes with everything at work (i'll definitely pick your brain if it comes to that). my boss has been incredibly supportive, which i'm very fortunate to have - i lost my last job several years ago because i had nobody willing to listen or help when things got bad for me. in that case i didn't blame them for letting me go, i was in much worse shape and my work was suffering. they were nice about it, let me collect unemployment, gave me good references...this time around, however, i have a relatively consistent schedule, even if it's not "ideal" by company standards (they're INSANE when it comes to safety, to the point where it's ridiculous). the quality of my work is still excellent, i haven't missed any deadlines, i go above and beyond what's honestly required of me to ensure that my work is done when it needs to be done, and i don't cut any corners. i make sure the clients are happy with my output. i'm basically the production person for my 3-member department, so i don't manage any projects or deal with clients directly (unless i'm sending them files or something of that sort). it's not like i have to worry about missing meetings or anything like that, i'm the "behind-the-scenes" person. so really, in my mind and my boss's mind, as long as the work is still getting done on time and to the client's satisfaction, is there really a problem? HR just complicates things unnecessarily in so many ways...
thanks for listening. hope the family is feeling better, i send you all many hugs.
Fuck I'm exhausted. Left home 9am Friday, arrived home at 11pm tonight, and feel like I've been driving the entire time. HUGE "shout out" to trixxx, who parted with the last bit of her stash to make sure I was high during my trip. I don't think I could convince her husband to eat her pussy long enough to show just how awesome that... Read More
As of this moment, my presence at the Mets game is likely not going to happen. I got a message from a local Domme that she wants to get together Friday. First things first I say.
I'm going to at least two out of the three games between the Yankees and my White Sox in a few weeks.
I'm really tired of sick being in the house. I have it. khoos has it. Baby D has it.
Long weekend coming up. As some of you know, khoos' grandfather passed away last week. There was no funeral per his wishes, so the family is gathering on Easter. Friday, we drive 9 hours to Kitchner/Waterloo. Saturday we're having dinner with trixxx and her clan.... Read More
So, I've figured out how colds get spread when you have kids. They get sick, wake up several times a night, which runs you down and leaves you susceptible to the germs.
Poor T has been miserable for days. Started a few nights ago, when she woke up with croup like symptoms. Hospital from 12-3am for a respiratory treatment. Cycling fever since, combined with a... Read More
hopefully you don't have a river, lake, or any type of pond around you.....i could see her dragging you by the ear down to it, and then beating you on a rock to make sure you're clean.
Fairly quiet weekend, with a few minor "tragedies". T beat herself up fairly well on Saturday, and then D tried to out do her on Sunday. T turned to fast, fell and smashed the side of her head into one of the dining room chairs. Then she pulled the sewing machine off a stool it was on, smashing herself in the face with it. She's... While I'm not sure about the "Plunder the booty" quote, I wouldn't put it past the guy who is officiating our wedding. He's a good friend and a pretty talented actor, and will be officiating the whole thing as Jack Sparrow (he stays in character for about 2 full weeks before the wedding so that he makes sure he doesn't slip up and break character at the wrong moment...and his likeness is to the character is kinda creeepily spot on).
