It's a cool and windy day here today.....

Yesterday, I thought about making chili today....but as I was grocery shopping late yesterday afternoon, I spied Rock Cornish Game Hens. Sooooo, they are going in the oven for Sunday dinner today. Stuffing/dressing and mashed potatos will round out the menu.

The hollidays have gotten outta control. Oh well, I say we all just stop buying gifts all together and just take a couple days off to hang out with the people we love. Note: In my case this doesnt include 98% of my family. Stop fighting dammit! It's not worth it!

I miss the Blue Mountains. I used to spend alot of time up there. And Ashville, such amazing little town. Do ya self a favor and get a cabin. You will not regret it.
I do miss the south at times.

wow, not enough folks over 30 here. We are within days of being the same age ( go Sag!)...you look like a beautiful 22 year old and have the composure of an adult...why does everyone collapse so soon? You can live like a 20 year old as long as you want...I have friends in their 40s who are still insane. Stay beautiful, avoid Republicans and minivans, see you at 40.

I swear you follow my food cravings around. I had meatloaf, stewed tomatos & mac &cheese on Monday night "The Elvis Dinner". I'm glad you weren't hurt too badly on your bike. The last time I endo-ed my bike I busted up my face & chipped my front tooth.

That is such an awesome IG coat. I have little red and blue hooded jackets for my two IG's. Have you ever tried "Chillidog" beds for your beans? I just got one and my IG's LOVE it.
