I haven't played Monkey Island in a while.. .I forget which one that is, it's the third one in the series (there are two early 90s ones, then the third one, then one in 3d). I forget the exact circumstances but Guybrush Threepwood (the protagonist) wanders into a random tribe of people who have giant lemon heads.
