I'm so glad you said that! I've been thinking about this for so long. Everyone on my course is forever trying to out do each other with their equipment and photos, it's so unnecessarily competitive. There's a guy who's completely ripped off my idea for a project recently, and that's really pissed me off! But after thinking about it, I realised that he hasn't had the same experiences I've had and were not going to shoot exactly the same photos. Just makes me work that little bit harder and want to produce something different. 
How are you finding the 400d? Any problems yet?
That all sounds so ace by the way! Congrats for getting the tickets to the Clothes Show, that sounds well mint! Do you do a lot of studio based stuff? If you do, I may need to ask you for some advice!
