Still no power... and I've taken only two showers since last Saturday, when the power went out. After three days of couch surfing, I said "fuck it" and slept in my own (super cold) bed last night... tried to get ready for work this morning by candlelight.

Here's hoping that CL&P aren't a bunch of pricks, and their promise of power being back by Sunday...

worst halloween ever. connecticut got dumped with a bunch of snow on saturday. my power went out around 430 pm in the middle of my dinner. it's been out since. half my front yard is a tree, falling over. who knows when i'll have power again?
