@deesilvs The weather will be in the mid-20s and should be nice! I'm sure one could fish and/or swim, although I'm not likely to do either. One big event we'll see is the Kieler Woche (Kiel week) http://www.kieler-woche.de/english/index.php We'll be in the city of Kiel on the day of the huge sailing ship parade. We hadn't even planned this; we had booked tickets for the opera and an innovative performance of Rossini's "Viaggo a Reims", and only later found out that this was the day of the ship parade. I hope my poor camera skills will be up to the task ;-)

@deesilvs Cooler than you? That's unpossible! The thing with IG is, I suppose you feed that mostly from your phone, whereas I still prefer to take my pics the old-fashioned way, with a camera and it's a hassle to upload from there to IG. So I only post every once in a long while, it's not a favorite site of mine and definitely not a must have!

It's terribly funny, I must say. I wonder, is that something they actually do, and I'm not referring to the decor which I imagine involved at least some artistic license, but the eating bit. Mercifully, my parents for all their shortcomings in the upbringing department at least did not threaten to eat me. Sell, yes but eat, not on a single occasion. I still miss that warm feeling of security.
Took a tour the other day of a temporary contemporary art space in Berlin. A former bank building which will be torn down in 3 months has been given over to 100+ street artists, from the hallways to the rooms to the bathrooms, cellar to roof.
One unusual thing is that no photos are allowed; visitors are required to hand in their cameras and/or phones...

Always happy to see SG royalty of yore make (or announce) a comeback set - never more so than today when the lovely @blackberry announced a new set. She hasn't been too active these past few years, so by all means check out her "old" sets.

I was afraid of that. Well, if you're happy, that's still something and if your wife believes that she's lucky to have you then I suppose all is well. Nevertheless, the conclusion that you're a terrible person seems inescapable, which I find comforting because there aren't many of us left. At this point, I recommend embarking on a quest for redemption. I understand that sackcloth and ashes are quite therapeutic. None of this precludes having affection and admiration for Drave but the longing can be surgically removed and the recovery is quite rapid with minimal scaring so you can still wear a bikini, although I wouldn't personally recommend it. The look isn't flattering on me and I doubt you would fare much better.OK, I guess that's enough seriousness for one day. 😉
It's always a happy day around here when my fave @cartoon has another well-deserved Front Page.... so that makes this a happy happy Thursday indeed. Congrats to her for this new set, for reaching 10,000+ followers, and on being an SG since 2012 (and getting better all the time, too)
