Yeah, in both cities the drainage systems work, but they're not designed to accomodate large volume. So the streets occasionally turn into rivers lol... I heard the Virgin Mega Burbank had a roof collapse, and they closed a chunk of the 5 for a while yesterday, too... awesome.
