Keep in mind if you get a mortgage and buy a house that when things break in a house, you have to fix them, whereas in an apartment or other rental, the landlord is responsible. Just a thought.

I recently realized that if zombies ever invade, I'm going to my Dad's place. At least 8 shotguns, and well over a thousand of rounds of ammo. And that's leaving out all his handguns.
