I put my male pastel ball python in with my 1950 gram female today...
and a few hours later I checked on them...
and it appears that they are locked up!!!

So I weighed the big female that came in today, and she is 880 grams. I have no idea how she laid 4 eggs last season at that size. Many breeders consider 1200 grams the MINIMUM weight to breed.
I am going to feed her steady meals until December and see if she can break 1000 grams. If she doesn't, she gets this season off....

That happened to me with my Carpet baby. He was supposed to come to me on Saturday, they fucked up and he wound up sitting in a cargo hold in ohio until Monday. Yuck. But, snakes are very hardy, he came in cold but ok. He's fine now I'll cross my fingers yours goes the same way, and everyone comes in ok.
What'd you get? More Balls?
