I definitely understand what you mean. I hate exercising, I hate it. And ask me about the 10 slices of pepperoni I ate when I got home and want more of.
I literally have to force myself to go to the gym. I just think about how miserable I feel about the weight gain and tell myself it is the only way.
For the eating I joined weightwatchers, it really helped.

I'm studying for my GRE right now, so I understand. I'm sort of stalling bc I can't decided if I want to be thrown head-first into all that studying again.
