I think it is possible to find peace inside of you even if there's chaos outside. It's not only possible, it's important. Necessary even. If every single human being had found inner peace, we wouldn't have wars. So don't let them bring you down and don't let them plant their hate inside your brain. You need to be at peace to spread the word and give peace to others. Sending you love! 💜

I find that with meditation, self love, love for others you can find peace in great ways. It is sad there is such chaos happening in the world, but there is always hope
