yes, im a little under the waether too, it sucks...i am ging to drink tea and eat some soup today, i used to crochet, i think i need to start that again hope you are feeling better today! I usually take baths with oils or like a detx mineral bath, i get better alot faster then

i made heart shaped muffins to bring to work with me today. i spent all yesterday making them, and then i found out that i didn't even have to go to work today. what is a girl to do with all of theses heart shapped muffins?

You should get some lavender oil and spritz it on your pillow to help you sleep. Or a lavener candle.

i have some of the best sleepy oils, if you are interested let me know, ill send u a sample...these are edible, too...as i have discoveree there is too much a good thing with giving when you stop takiing care of yourself....so this is what i am learning im overwhelmed lately, but i do keep up on your journal...
