So the last coiple of days I've been doing a 30minute workput on the old dust collecter (aka the eliptical machine) Why you ask? Well duh I'm fatwink , and because I've been stuck at this stupid weight for 3 months now (329 down from 420 at time of surgery) So I'm getting my lovely booty into gear and working out.

On another note, I want to this Quilt/Craft show and I saw the sewing machine of my dreams love it has so many functions I can't type them all, I'm totally in love with this machine!!! It cost almost $8000 shocked eeek surreal

yes i will email yu with sme suggestions and i will make you a tape too, also, i will be certified in hypnosis, in 2 weeks and will be able t do it over the phone if u wish...i use a detox ph balanced mineral water which kind of eats the fat and all the bad stuff away, i also take essential oils as dietary supplements.
