The past two days at work have had me sitting down with boxes and boxes of texts on FreemasonryMasonic secret documents, conspiracy theory, and dry histories all. I read them. I annotate a bibliography. I get paid to research that which already fascinates me. I love my job.

It's sunny and lovely. Time for a walk.

Sounds like the Illuminatus books. I've been reading them the last few weeks, and though I'm on page 177, I have no idea what's going on. But it's cool anyway. I found the complete volume at a thrift store (!!) for like $2.00.

You must realize that a Valentine's Day gift of that magnitude comes with unlimited access to dating's premier subscription service, Head-on-Demand.

Max's mom is trying to give us a succulent out of her yard, despite my continued explanations that they need much more sun than our apartment balcony can offer. Max keeps telling her that it will (no "might," no "could") die. For some reason, that doesn't work.

I've been reading books like The Ethics of Star Trek and Star Trek: the Human Frontier recently. The...

No problem dude. Looks like a pretty awesome job, I wish I could find something like that here for the summer...
I'm going to have to get a job this summer. The prospect is terrifying - the only place that has ever hired me is our wonderful college.

My Powerbook is busticated to all hell. A month or two ago, the hinge began to break so that the screen is splitting at the bottom corner. So far it's holding together under a re-engineered binder clip, but eventually I'm going to cave and take it in for service. Again. Long-time readers will recall that my hard drive has been replaced twice, my combo...

I know this is kind of out of nowhere, but would you happen to know if your 'Shit Bitch You is Fine' bear came from here?

I'm trying to buy one but I don't know if that's the place or not.
mistersatan:
I think I will.

I've been alternately ill, busy, and sick of the internet, but since I continue to delude myself that you folks pay the $9 a month to read my journal as well as look at me bop around the desert, kitchen, or pool hall in various stages of undress, I must gather my words and make a decent entry not having to do with my love...

LOL

I'm not sure if I'd pay $9/month just to read your journal tongue ... But it is one of the best features of SG. I'd know you were hot from just your pics. But I'd never know you were a person, or cool, or briliant, from just that nakid beauty!

So thanks for hanging out here at least once in a while!

Love is ordering two olives in your martini instead of one, just so that we can share.

Okay, dammit; I've reached some sorts of creative wall and I need help. I pretty much have the design for my next tattoo, which will pretty much be a half sleeve on my right arm, down, but I can't think for the fucking life of me of a good anchor image to hold it all together. I gues I kinda went about this backwards, but whatever. Anyway, it's my same old "Just an old sweet song" thing I've been talking about for years now, but I still can't think of a good image to represent Georgia, or home, or what have you. Help would be appreciated.
legionnaire:
Cute. I like it. Martinis, that is. And olives. And cigarettes. Preferably together.

How about a little caroling, eh folks?

Awake ye scary Great Old Ones, let everything dismay.
Remember Great Cthulhu shall rise up from R'lyeh
To kill us all with Tentacles if we should go his way.

Oh tidings of madness and woe,
Madness and woe,
Oh tidings of madness and woe!

In Yuggoth and Aldebraan the Great Old Ones were spawned.
Imprisoned by the Elder...

My birthday is a week away, and I have no idea what to do.

When I was a kid, I always managed to come down with strep throat right around then. My mom called and told people not to come to my birthday parties because I was contagious. It was always an inconvenient time of the year...everybody has Christmas parties or is going out of...
