I think I'm gonna have to do some diet changes. I have had headaches off and on all week and I am not a headache prone person. I think it has to do with caffiene or sugar or both. Fuck, My last two vices. They say the road gets narrower as you get older. I'm gonna end up in a vegan monestary soon.
Went to see an old roomates band play last night. Had a great time, I don't get out that often, old and tired I guess. Ran into a couple of old friends. Good times, fun times. Cool set too, did everything from Merle Hagard to 999.

I'm in the paper today becuase Jay Leno came in for dinner a couple of nights ago. I feel kinda like a paparazzi since I called it in to the "Vegas Confidential" guy but all it was about was what he had for dinner. HEADLINE: Jay Leno had Chicken Parmesan.

Cool, I was gonna tell ya... my bicycle took a shit on me. Brakes locked up, and since I live way out in Summerlin that means I'm pretty much stuck here until I can get it fixed. No car, no bike, no Double Down tonite... but yeah, I'll see you at the Cooler next weekend.
I went to Bouchon for breakfast yesterday. Good stuff, plus I know the manager and she comped me. I just wanted to try it because it's a Thomas Keller restaurant and I had read good reviews. Hey Richard. Not much new here. Work's crazy right now. Trying to hire some help, but it's not real pleasant being in the sun constantly so nobody's stuck around yet. One of the docks I had to work on this week had two geese with a nest & eggs. They chased me around for two days while I tried to get shit done. Fuckers are mean. Two females apparently, marina says there's no males around. I guess even waterfowl are "progressive" these days. I gotta speak at my home group next week. A little nervous about that. Not too much though.
My last day of teaching 'til fall. Mixed feelings. I'll enjoy the free time but miss the teaching. If I use the time productively I guess I'll be happy about it. The kundalini class I was going to take for the next six weeks got cancelled today. Lack of enrollment. It was at a perfect time for me but a wierd time for most people...

I spaced rebelpalooza and I just got the rest of my suspension stuff in so I was gonna drink a shitload of coffee & go nuts on the car tonight. My garage does not have a line of art-school and punk rock girls waiting to get in though so I'd say it'd be an even-money bet as to where I'll end up. Cars or girls, cars or girls. Not like I ever get anywhere with EITHER, mind you.
Hardcore Zen pretty much rocks right now. I'm really getting into some of the cool concepts that he's discussing.
