I think I'm gonna have to do some diet changes. I have had headaches off and on all week and I am not a headache prone person. I think it has to do with caffiene or sugar or both. Fuck, My last two vices. They say the road gets narrower as you get older. I'm gonna end up in a vegan monestary soon.

I think caff could contribute to that, only when I exclude that from my intake do I have headaches though; usually. If yours are like mine your head pounds and too, thinking your on to something about the road narrowing; strait is the gate and narrow is the way in keeping things simple...
