I went to Bouchon for breakfast yesterday. Good stuff, plus I know the manager and she comped me. I just wanted to try it because it's a Thomas Keller restaurant and I had read good reviews. Traditional French, pastries, breads, coddled eggs and strong coffee. The outside patio was gorgeous, plus I went with a good friend and the company was great! I'll be back, hopefully before it starts scorching out.

I can hear the eggs now. "LOOK, just because I'm an egg doesn't mean you need to coddle me. You're lucky I was infertile or I'D be coddling YOU." Those French eggs are all the same. Snotty, sensitive and self-obsessed.
