Nope. That was taken while looking west from the observatory in the Hancock Building (downtown Chicago). That's only 1/3 of the view looking west. 
I'm happy with the way it came out, considering it was nighttime and I had glass in front of me with lights behind me. That's one of my favorite places in the world, so I wanted to capture it. It makes me feel free and alive, like I can fly. I have a larger version in my Chicago folder.
