Today we worked out and then laid by the pool all afternoon. Ah yeah.
Tonight featured dinner party action. I actually think I looked pretty good; especially since my suit and tie together cost about seven dollars. We all got dressed up and ate dinner for Steven's birthday, and then proceeded to have a house party. Unfortunately, I have a job interview in the morning...

I still have a t-shirt from when I was 12.
I, along with my roommate and my neighbor, finally got off my ass and went to the gym today. Now I am sore. But alas, I have two choices in maintaining my trim figure: either quit drinking so much and eat healthier or continue drinking heavily and work out a few days a week.
I think this means that I'm an alcoholic. Meh. I'll worry...

Haven't you heard? There's no such thing as an alcoholic student. Cheers!
(My advice is worthless, for right now I'm kind of drunk.)

A few of my friends have been crashing at my place for a good three days now.
This was our day yesterday:
-Wake up, watch a few episodes of Naruto.
-Switch to the living room, watch Seven Samurai
-After Seven Samurai, switch to Patton on AMC just in time for the best part of the movie (" I read your book!") That movie is the...

ok, thats enough out of you this morning. you're causing all kinds of caucophony. i hate television.
Well, my cellphone is lost forever to the void, so I bought a new one yesterday. At least now I have a phone that gets reception.
Other than that, I spent the evening yesterday jamming with Tak and James at Tak's practice space in Cabbagetown. It was fun as hell; I haven't had the opportunity to play with other people for a long time.

I'd believe it - yeah, turn signals apparantly seem verboten on any 400-series highway up here. I'm probably scaring all the locals with my magical flashing car.
I've noticed that cities can have effects on people. Toronto makes people mean. At first, I wouldn't have believed it, except that it happened to me. I'm a really non-confrontational person, but after a drunk on a streetcar very rudely informed my friend and I that he felt our conversation (half a car back and in normal tones, I stress) was too loud for his taste, I nearly had to clamp my hand over my mouth to prevent the brewing "I think maybe you should just shut the fuck up, pal" from escaping. Now, being 6'3" and 200+ lbs means never having to say you're sorry - but that was eerily unlike me.
So maybe it is Toronto itself that is corrupting its resident drivers. Eerie.
What kind of cell did you get?

Okay boys and girls, it's almost 5am, I'm half drunk and pissed off, and I'm generally an angy young man. I'm going to bitch.
I hate the fact that I'm an expensive drunk. I drank almost an entire fifth tonight and I'm nearly sober now. Fuck that.

Yeah.. she is pissed as shit at me. Fucking woke me up this morning and was like.. "I don't think we should live together anymore." My response, "Fuck you you stupid bitch, you fucking suck and I haven't wanted to live with you for a long time." She wants to rip off my nuts.
scopitone6248:
Look. You know where your damn cell is. Halfway to fuckin' Florida by now!
My friends and I are the coolest people the world has ever seen. It just kinda hit me that all the ridiculous bullshit that happens to us on a regular basis probably doesn't happen to most people. We rock. You kids (and you know who you are) live in the wrong place. Move to Atlanta.

-I'm...anxiously awaiting your call. Even though I doubt that trick ass mark, Vlad is going to be getting ANY type of ass tonight
That Adult Swim group was GIVEN to me. I'm thinking about making it private and removing ever member that has EVER said ANYTHING kind about Brak.

First of all, I would like to report that sleeping on a waterbed with another person while drunk is fucking awful.
Anyway, yesterday I woke up from my waterbed experience, fixed my car (the spark plugs were shot so the engine wasn't firing properly) and went to a barbeque with the crew. It was the most fun I've had in a while. I blame the...

I am a dork. Aside from the obvious hilarity, I love Adult Swim because it's made in Atlanta. Every time they reference Atlanta in some way I get this odd sense of pride. For instance, last night's Birdamn featured a guy in a Birdman suit walking around Broad Street and Woodruff Park. Damn, I wish I'd been on campus when they filmed that. Also, the...

I think it's still okay for you to feel cool when you hear your local references. But with the rise in ATL based super-rap, it's only a matter of time before it becomes passe. Like anyone in NYC who watches Total Request Live and gets stoked that they were one of the seven trillion people to walk through Times Square.
Pst, did anyone fill you in yet?

My sister graduated this morning. Her saludatorian was not the brightest girl ever. She quoted Dave Matthews, talked about September eleventh (which happened MY senior year), made the played out Al Gore internet joke, and made terrible grammar mistakes like saying "sports was important to our class." Ugg. How the fuck do you get to be saludatorian without being able to structure a sentence properly?...

I went and saw Northstar and Moneen last night. It was fun; both bands have great live shows, but I was a little bored because, aside from Saves The Day, I don't listen to emo anymore. Actually, we only went because Laura is friends with Northstar. Turns out I met their tour...
