Seeing a blog from you counts as one. The executive chefs from our other restaurants and ours had a food competition for new menu items and a trip to Napa valley. They took over our kitchen to do it. I couldn' compete but I decided to make something anyway using sample plates from a vendor and stuff that was in house for breakfast for our kitchen while we were pushed out. The winning chef looked over my food, plate presentation, and are some with us. Then said before he left that he was glad I was not a part of the competition. Felt real good

My day sucks man. The drive into work was very stressful and the weather report says it’ll only be worse by the time I leave. The gf is coming over tonight but I got a long way to go before I got that comfort. I’m glad your day is going well and I thank you for the smile your pics always give me :)
